As a pivotal member of our Onboarding team, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the initial phase of their journey. Your efforts will help clients fully appreciate the benefits of Darwin AI from the very first day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of new client accounts, ensuring all essential information is gathered and configured for an effective launch.
- Facilitate kick-off meetings with clients to clarify expectations, gather requirements, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Construct and configure AI assistants using internal tools tailored to client specifications and business logic.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to guarantee a smooth transition and cohesive client experience.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients via WhatsApp, proactively following up to resolve any obstacles and ensure continuous progress.
- Deliver the initial version of the AI solution promptly, ensuring it meets quality standards prior to going live.
- Monitor and manage onboarding timelines, ensuring accounts are launched within service level agreements and mitigating churn risks.
- Provide initial training and resources to assist clients in testing and comprehending their AI agents.
