At Abnormal Security, we are pioneering AI-native systems that revolutionize the operations of enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, delivering tangible products on a weekly basis.
The AI Transformation Engineering team acts as the backbone of this initiative, creating and maintaining the platforms, integrations, and tools that empower a robust fleet of AI agents across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
As an AI Product Engineer, you will operate at the crossroads of platform engineering and direct product delivery. In some weeks, you will enhance agent infrastructure by developing new tools, connectors, and APIs, enabling AI agents to achieve new capabilities. In other weeks, you will rapidly deploy GTM tools, as the quickest route to achieving impact is by writing the necessary code yourself.
You will closely collaborate with AI Product Managers who are continuously defining and building automations, helping to unblock their efforts with innovative platform capabilities and strategizing on future developments.
This role is marked by high visibility and autonomy; you will showcase your work in weekly demonstrations. Your systems will support a 700-member GTM organization, and you will work in close coordination with engineering and product leadership, gaining insight into the CEO’s strategic priorities.
