Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver training programs to help clients adopt and make the most of nebulaONE®.
- Lead training sessions focused on change management, building user confidence with AI and cloud solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve challenges during technology rollouts.
- Support clients by offering guidance that improves cloud operations and business results using AI-driven platforms.
