The Role
We are excited to announce a 3–6 month Early Career program within our AI R&D team. As an AI Researcher, you will collaborate with seasoned researchers to address challenges in large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and agentic systems.
We seek early-career talents to assist in research on:
- Reinforcement learning for agents and reasoning models
- Developing reinforcement learning environments
- Efficient model distillation and evaluation
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and executing experiments to train LLMs and related models
- Analyzing experimental results and documenting findings
- Writing and maintaining code for data mining, processing, and model evaluation
- Collaborating with team members to explore innovative solutions
