Qualifications
Requirements:3–5 years of experience in solution engineering, backend development, or technical implementation roles. Proven experience in enterprise IT environments. Ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT domains. Experience with integrating AI/LLM APIs. Strong understanding of API-based architectures. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python or similar). Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Familiarity with AI application or orchestration platforms (e.g., Dify or similar) is advantageous. A structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong sense of ownership and focus on execution. Ability to quickly grasp business processes. Excellent communication skills for engagement with both technical and business stakeholders. Capability to coordinate with internal and external implementation partners.

As an AI Solution Engineer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise application and data owners, transforming AI opportunities into actionable solution designs. Your contributions will be hands-on, ensuring that AI solutions are seamlessly integrated within our architectural standards and enterprise landscape, in close partnership with the AI Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert AI opportunities into executable technical solution designs.
- Collaborate with IT and business application/data owners to define integration strategies.
- Implement AI use cases utilizing enterprise AI services and LLM APIs.
- Engage in prototyping, integration logic, and critical solution components as needed.
- Assist in the application of AI patterns, such as retrieval-based solutions.
- Coordinate implementation efforts across business stakeholders and internal/external teams.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and enterprise system landscapes.
