We are in search of a skilled AI Architect to establish and lead the technical vision for our AI-driven solutions. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, designing comprehensive AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and ready for production. You will connect business strategy with technical implementation , translating intricate requirements into detailed architectural designs, leveraging advanced cloud platforms, large language models, and innovative AI methodologies.
Your extensive background in software engineering, combined with practical AI experience, will be essential. You will mentor engineering teams, assess and select technologies, set architectural standards, and ensure that our AI solutions are built on a robust foundation. As a member of our Digital Engineering leadership team, you will collaborate across various workstreams to shape the future of AI-powered solutions at Datacom.

Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the technical architecture for AI-powered solutions across diverse customer projects, choosing and standardizing AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms for the organization.
You will develop reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for AI solution delivery, lead architectural reviews, and provide technical governance across delivery teams. Collaboration with product owners, data scientists, and engineering leads will be crucial in translating business needs into scalable technical designs.
Your role will also involve designing data architectures that accommodate AI workloads, covering ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval. You will establish and advocate for engineering standards related to AI quality, testing, security, and observability, while also managing vendor and partner technology relationships.
Additionally, you will guide and enhance engineering teams in AI architecture best practices, stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to bring actionable insights to the organization, and present architectural visions and technical strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
