Your Role
As an AI Solutions Consultant on the Zip AI team, you will be the technical partner that enterprise customers rely on to implement AI-driven automation solutions. You will collaborate with leaders in procurement, finance, and operations to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that revolutionize their workflows, from invoice processing to contract evaluation and beyond.
This position merges in-depth technical expertise with strategic customer interaction. You will architect workflows, refine prompts, integrate with complex technology ecosystems, and guide clients from initial assessment through to successful implementation and scaling. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will help clients fully leverage Zip's AI platform while providing insights to enhance our product roadmap.
Your work will span various industries and company sizes. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks.
You Will
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to thoroughly understand customer needs, translating them into effective technical solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to map customer processes, pinpoint automation opportunities, and design agent frameworks that deliver tangible value.
Develop and fine-tune AI agents by configuring workflows, crafting and enhancing prompts, and optimizing agent performance.
