Qualifications
Requirements3–5 years of experience in solution engineering, backend development, or technical implementation roles. Experience in enterprise IT environments. Proven track record of collaborating across business and IT domains. Experience with integrating AI/LLM APIs. Strong grasp of API-based architectures. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar. Cloud experience, preferably with Azure. Familiarity with AI application or orchestration platforms (e.g., Dify or similar) is a plus. Structured and solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ownership and execution focus. Ability to quickly comprehend business processes. Clear communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders. Aptitude for coordinating internal and external implementation partners.

As an AI Solution Engineer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise application and data owners to convert AI opportunities into actionable solution designs and implemented use cases, delivering hands-on contributions where necessary. Collaborating closely with the AI Architect, this role ensures that AI solutions adhere to architectural standards and are seamlessly integrated into the enterprise landscape in a structured and scalable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate AI opportunities into actionable technical solution designs.
- Define integration strategies in collaboration with IT and business application/data owners.
- Implement AI use cases utilizing enterprise AI services and LLM APIs.
- Engage hands-on in prototyping, integration logic, and critical solution components as needed.
- Support AI patterns such as retrieval-based solutions as required.
- Coordinate implementation activities among business stakeholders, internal teams, and external delivery partners.
- Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards and enterprise system landscapes.
