Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture direct relationships with end-user organizations to capitalize on significant opportunities, while collaborating with selected channel partners to enhance revenue within the territory.
- Drive revenue growth across all accounts.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand AMAX's global reach.
- Identify and explore new markets for AMAX solutions.
- Engage regularly with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the AMAX team to deliver compelling commercial offerings.
- Understand and implement the go-to-market strategy effectively.
- Thrive in a sales-driven environment, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Confidently close sales and request purchase orders.
- Exhibit persistence, tenacity, and the ability to navigate challenges, demonstrating a commitment to skill enhancement and achieving objectives.
- Report and forecast your sales pipeline to senior management.
- Communicate effectively to address customer needs and requests.
- Identify customer requirements, establish rapport and trust, and offer suitable solutions while highlighting key selling points, negotiating rates, and closing accounts through phone interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, including competitive products, pricing, new technologies, and potential new products, providing this information to management regularly.
- Gather necessary information, ask pertinent questions, overcome objections, and finalize business deals.
- Engage in solution selling by comprehending clients' needs and positioning our services accordingly.
- Schedule demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account training, or account management is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
- A strong passion for success and achievement is crucial.
- Experience in an incentive-driven environment is preferred.
