The AI Training Specialist in Computer Science creates challenging, deterministic problems with clear, verifiable solutions. These problems help advance AI systems’ ability to reason and solve complex tasks.
What You Will Do
- Design complex problems across areas such as algorithms, systems, theory, machine learning, or computational methods.
- Develop tasks that require both coding and deep reasoning, aimed at testing the limits of modern AI systems.
- Write thorough, validated solutions, including programmatic approaches when needed.
- Build multi-part challenges that reflect real-world technical and research processes.
- Ensure all problems are deterministic, rigorous, and reproducible.
- Communicate ideas and solutions clearly in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Experience in research or industry focused on computational problem-solving.
- Strong Python skills; knowledge of scientific or machine learning tools is a plus.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, computational complexity, numerical methods, and software workflows.
- Ability to create original, challenging problems that go beyond standard interview questions.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in machine learning, formal methods, distributed systems, optimization, or scientific computing.
- Experience with benchmarking, technical evaluations, or assessment design.
