The Role

As we expand, we are seeking an AI Transformation Intern to join our London Engineering Squad for the summer (June - September). This role serves as a pivotal link between cutting-edge technology and our operational processes, enabling our teams to invest less time in manual tasks and more time in promoting great cinema. Reporting to our Head of Infrastructure, you will drive internal efficiency during a crucial growth phase.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing automation practices across MUBI, collaborating with departments such as Content and Marketing to pinpoint and alleviate bottlenecks in their workflows. By automating repetitive tasks, you will not only save time but also empower our global team to focus on the creative endeavors that distinguish our brand. This is a unique opportunity to understand the inner workings of a global enterprise while making a significant technical impact.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

Collaborate with various teams to analyze their daily administrative tasks and uncover high-impact improvement opportunities.
Design and implement intelligent solutions utilizing tools like Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI to automate internal responsibilities.
Develop and enhance solutions that significantly decrease the time spent on manual data entry or scheduling.
Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of new processes to ensure they remain functional and scalable beyond your internship.
