With 15 campuses across the country, AIM serves about 20% of all students in FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) schools and graduates nearly one in four certified aircraft technicians nationwide.
Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Instructor
This position is based in Norfolk, VA. AIM seeks experienced A&P mechanics ready to move from the hangar to the classroom. Instructors play a key role in preparing students for careers in aviation maintenance, sharing technical knowledge and real-world insights.
