About Aviation Institute of Maintenance
Since 1969, the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) has trained future aviation maintenance professionals across 15 campuses nationwide. Nearly 20% of students enrolled in FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) schools in the U. S. study at AIM, and the institute helps certify almost one in four new aircraft technicians each year.

Aircraft Maintenance Instructor Role – Norfolk, VA
This position is based at AIM’s Norfolk, VA campus. The institute welcomes experienced A&P mechanics interested in moving from hands-on work to the classroom, guiding the next generation of aviation technicians. Candidates from Wilmington, OH and other areas are encouraged to apply, especially those seeking a stable schedule and the chance to grow within one of the Southeast’s developing aviation hubs.
