Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Instructor
This role is based at 3001 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. AIM seeks experienced A&P mechanics who are ready to move from the hangar to the classroom. Instructors train aspiring aviation technicians, sharing real-world skills and knowledge. Candidates from outside the area may qualify for relocation support.
Schedule Options
- Days: Monday through Thursday, 6am to 3pm. Friday: 4 hours (flexible).
- Evenings: Monday through Thursday, 3pm to 12am. Friday: 4 hours (flexible).
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay up to $38, depending on experience
