About the job
As an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in structural assembly, you will be responsible for the precise processing and assembly of sheet metal components and assemblies within the aircraft structure. You will work under strict aviation regulations on both primary and secondary structures. This is a Blue-Collar Position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble structural components (fuselage, fairings, brackets) according to construction documentation, drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
Perform sheet metal processing tasks such as drilling, countersinking, reaming, and deburring of components made from aluminum and titanium.
Install various types of riveted connections (solid rivets, blind rivets, Hi-Loks) while adhering to tight tolerances.
Assemble units and fit and adjust components within the aircraft structure.
Conduct surface protection and sealing of treated areas and joints.
Perform quality control on completed work and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with aviation certification standards.
