Job Title: Amazon Account Manager
Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)
Remote VA PH is in search of a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to manage and enhance our client's private label business on Amazon. This position demands a thorough knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA procedures, and listing enhancement strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and meticulous, possessing a proven history of overseeing Amazon accounts from product launch to sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Private Label Management:
Oversee all facets of private label offerings on Amazon, inclusive of product launches, continuous optimization, and day-to-day operations. - FBA Shipments & Logistics:
Organize and manage FBA shipments, ensuring prompt deliveries and addressing any inventory, warehousing, or Amazon receiving center issues. - Shipment Reconciliation:
Monitor and reconcile all shipments for accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement claims as necessary. - Case Management:
Address all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough documentation for future reference. - Product Listings:
Develop and enhance product listings, applying SEO best practices, keyword integration, and adherence to Amazon policies. - Content Writing:
Create engaging and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to boost visibility and conversion rates. - A+ Content Management:
Publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to elevate customer experience and drive sales. - Keyword Research:
Execute comprehensive keyword research to enhance traffic and maintain competitiveness in product rankings. - Reporting & Analysis:
Utilize Google Sheets to monitor KPIs, assess performance, and deliver actionable insights regarding sales, advertising, and inventory.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing private label products on Amazon.
- Experience in Walmart account management.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must possess 2 monitors for enhanced multitasking and efficiency.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection.
- Functional webcam for meetings via Google Meet.
