Requirements:1-3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar Amazon platforms. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, Strategic Account Services, and escalation processes. Experience with bulk image submissions via Amazon’s bulk image upload tool. Understanding of case creation through Amazon’s self-help tool. Ability to perform partial and full updates using Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool. Strong project management skills, enabling communication with Amazon while adhering to tight deadlines. Excellent listening skills for understanding assignments and completing projects efficiently. Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Google Sheets and Excel.

Position: Amazon Case Specialist

Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience

As an Amazon Case Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advocating for clients and internal stakeholders under direct supervision. Your mission will be to address seller issues and eliminate bottlenecks by liaising directly with Amazon Seller Support, ensuring optimal and compliant operations on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit content to Amazon using internal processes for generating Inventory flat files.
  • Manage product data submission through Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace utilizing Inventory Flat Files.
  • Submit cases to resolve issues during content publication, aiming to meet an expected volume of approximately 125 cases post-training.
  • Escalate cases to the Strategic Account Services (Issue Resolution team) as necessary.
  • Assist in submissions and issue resolutions using partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and segment leaders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor submissions and provide updates in our project management software.
  • Keep an internal tracking system to monitor live submissions.
  • Stay informed on Amazon's product data management and syndication policies, and relay updates to internal teams and external partners.
