Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central (3P), including managing product listings, inventory, and performance metrics. Lead marketplace account relationships and spearhead sales and marketing initiatives for Amazon. Create and maintain comprehensive Google Sheets dashboards; analyze data trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage Amazon support cases for technical issues, listing errors, and backend support. Develop and execute creative briefs for listing updates and PPC testing. Collaborate with the PPC Manager to identify advertising opportunities and understand key metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CVR). Utilize Brand Registry tools to combat counterfeiting and unauthorized sellers. Troubleshoot operational and advertising challenges in partnership with the broader team to enhance the customer experience. Employ advanced Seller Central tools and flat files to manage complex issues. Maintain a proactive approach during peak seasons, including weekend availability for urgent matters. Qualifications Required:2–3+ years of experience in Amazon growth or marketplace operations, preferably in a CPG or eCommerce environment (beauty is a plus). Demonstrated expertise with FBA and international marketplaces. Strong keyword research skills with a proven ability to drive growth. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, chart creation, reporting). Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Datarova, Sellerise, and Sellerboard. Hands-on experience using flat files to resolve Amazon Seller Central issues.1–2 years of experience working with Brand Registry & Brand Transparency. Track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
