Join our dynamic team at a rapidly expanding dropshipping company as an Order & Pricing Verification Specialist. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in supporting our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing orders through Amazon Seller Central, verifying vendor charges against purchase orders (POs), and accurately inputting data into our internal systems and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and track orders within Amazon Seller Central.
- Validate vendor invoices/charges against purchase orders (POs) to guarantee accuracy.
- Detect pricing discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.
- Enter and update order and financial data in internal systems and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized and precise records of all orders and transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members regarding order or pricing concerns.
- Adhere to standard processes to ensure data integrity consistently.
