We are now seeking driven Account Executives from the DACH region to relocate to San Francisco. We will cover your travel expenses, visa sponsorship, and integrate you into the heart of the action.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by closing deals with high-growth, VC-backed startups and showcasing a fundamentally improved hiring approach. You will work closely with our founding team and significantly influence the company's trajectory.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Develop and oversee a pipeline of VC-backed startups and expanding tech companies

  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales discussions to illustrate the advantages of AI-powered recruiting

  • Collaborate with our founding team to enhance messaging, positioning, and market strategies

  • Provide direct customer insights that will influence our product development

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment
