The SAMARTHA Programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), aims to enhance gender and human development outcomes through systems strengthening. This initiative focuses on improving the capacity to deliver essential social services, particularly in health and education for women, girls, and marginalized communities. It will also support national policies in these sectors to ensure alignment with Nepal’s goals for responsive and resilient service delivery systems.
