We are actively seeking analytical chemistry specialists who have a deep understanding of spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, quantitative chemical analysis, environmental testing, pharmaceutical analysis, and analytical method development. You will engage with advanced language models on complex topics including mass spectrometry, optimization of HPLC and GC techniques, NMR interpretation, method validation, trace analysis, titrimetric methods, and QA/QC protocol design, documenting each failure mode to enhance model reasoning.
Your daily tasks will involve discussing laboratory scenarios and theoretical questions related to analytical chemistry with the model, verifying factual accuracy and logical coherence, capturing reproducible error traces, and proposing enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A PhD in analytical chemistry or a closely related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience through peer-reviewed publications, lab-based method development, regulatory testing, or instrumentation-intensive research will indicate a strong fit. Exceptional metacognitive communication skills, “showing your work”, are essential to this role.
