Role Overview

What You Will Do

Design and Maintain Data Models: Create and update models that define key business metrics, including clinical outcomes, revenue, and resource utilization. Set and uphold the single source of truth for these metrics.
Orchestrate and Monitor Data Pipelines: Run dbt orchestration with alerting, CI/CD, and data quality checks. Spot and resolve issues before they affect dashboards.
Build Reverse ETL Pipelines: Move clean, structured data from the warehouse back into production systems. Support use cases like cohort definitions, marketing analytics, and operational features.
Manage Data Compliance: Oversee access controls for PHI data. Ensure the data layer meets HIPAA requirements and remains accessible to those who need it.

Qualifications
