Job Description

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to become an integral part of our Data Team, playing a vital role in developing systems that enable artist sourcing, track pricing, portfolio management, and catalog expansion. This position operates at the crossroads of analytics, engineering, and product development, offering high autonomy, technical ownership, and direct influence on business outcomes. You will report to the Head of Data & Analytics and contribute to shaping the future of our data products.

Since data is at the core of our operations, the Data Team collaborates across all departments within the company. While your primary focus will be on optimizing deal flow and catalog pricing, key components of Duetti's business model, you will also work alongside music industry experts, financial specialists, and senior engineers and data scientists on various initiatives.
