Requirements:Proven experience in an Analytics Engineer role or similar data-focused positions. Familiarity with event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel. Strong skills in dbt and SQL-centric data modeling. Experience with modern data warehouses (ClickHouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory). Solid understanding of data modeling best practices, including dimensional modeling and semantic layers. Experience in managing data quality and observability. As the second member of our data team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Data, granting you significant autonomy and the chance to influence how data informs our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, maintain, and enhance data models, implement rigorous testing protocols, and manage CI/CD workflows.
