Responsibilities: Implement automation in our marketing channels to stimulate consumer demand. Analyze and optimize the specific mechanics and data behind each of our marketing channels, especially the digital ones. Utilize SQL, Python, or similar tools to analyze large datasets, actively monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Collaborate with the Brand and Data Science teams to ensure that creative strategies align with Carvana's overall vision and objectives.

Work Model: This is a fully on-site role at our Tempe office, Monday through Friday.

About the Team and Position

Within Carvana’s Marketplace division, we drive our B2B initiatives, including our $2 billion Sell to Carvana and Carvana Wholesale businesses, alongside our ADESA auctions. We seek a strategic and analytical leader who combines data-driven insights with keen intuition to enhance buyer demand and retention within these domains.

In this position, you will design and scale digital marketing and engagement strategies across web, app, email, SMS, and push notifications using state-of-the-art technology. Your contributions will directly influence wholesale business metrics by simplifying and instilling trust in customer interactions and transactions.

You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, transforming high-level business prospects into solutions that can be swiftly launched, tested, and scaled.
