Position Summary & Responsibilities
As an Antenna Engineer, you will be integral to the design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of advanced antenna systems for our next-generation LEO satellite constellation. You will address complex challenges in antenna and phased array technology, ensuring robust and high-performance connectivity for users worldwide, directly contributing to the success of an innovative communication system. A solid understanding of electromagnetic principles and their practical applications is essential to meet the demanding requirements of LEO satellite links.
You should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, transforming abstract design ideas into tangible hardware ready for testing and deployment. We are on the lookout for engineers who are passionate about solving challenging problems!
Your responsibilities will include the development and integration of advanced antenna systems, particularly phased array systems, into our products. Key responsibilities include:
Define antenna concepts and system-level requirements during the product definition stages.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to establish antenna requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between RF front-end components and antenna systems for optimal performance.
Develop tools and methodologies to assess antenna performance in complex systems.
Promote engineering excellence and innovation by setting high technical standards for quality and timely delivery.
Cultivate a culture of ownership and creativity, empowering engineers to excel.
