Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned property. Reliable transportation is necessary, with the ability to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all service requests and repairs promptly and thoroughly.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in managing inventory levels of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Adhere to all personnel management policies while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Implement and maintain the preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to adhere to budgetary constraints and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing the hazard communications program.
  • Inspect community grounds, buildings, and features to mitigate liability risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and hazard communication protocols.
  • Work with the maintenance team to sustain excellent curb appeal at all times.
  • Assist residents during the move-in/move-out process as needed.
  • Help schedule and perform all maintenance and repair-related turn events.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on all equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Address resident complaints and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the upkeep of office, common areas, and model.
  • Participate in daily exterior property cleanup, including grounds and common areas.
  • Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep accurate chemical logs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
