Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and provide assistance to fellow team members.
- Implement AIR’s process for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
- Under general guidance, address resident repair requests and perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC system upkeep, and appliance repairs.
- Provide guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians while enhancing their technical skills.
- Assist in vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
- Tasks may vary based on team capabilities and community requirements, as well as seasonal demands.
