Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to residents and provide assistance to fellow team members.
Implement AIR’s process for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
Under general guidance, address resident repair requests and perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC system upkeep, and appliance repairs.
Provide guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians while enhancing their technical skills.
Assist in vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
Tasks may vary based on team capabilities and community requirements, as well as seasonal demands.
