Proficient in at least two technical trades such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (minimum one week per month). Reliable transportation for potential off-site responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and provide assistance to fellow team members.
  • Implement AIR’s process for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
  • Under general guidance, address resident repair requests and perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC system upkeep, and appliance repairs.
  • Provide guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians while enhancing their technical skills.
  • Assist in vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
  • Tasks may vary based on team capabilities and community requirements, as well as seasonal demands.
