To be successful in this role, you should possess: 2–5+ years of proven experience in apparel graphic design or similar fashion-related roles. Advanced graphic design skills with a strong emphasis on apparel (Adobe Illustrator required). Ability to create original artwork from scratch rather than merely editing existing assets. In-depth experience with cut-and-sew design processes (non-negotiable). Strong understanding of mockups, garment development, and iteration workflows. Experience in contributing to concept development and creative research. A solid background in apparel or fashion design with a focus on graphics. A strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. The ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
