We are committed to supporting our federal customers by delivering innovative solutions using our cutting-edge cloud-based platform technology. As part of our Customer Success organization, you will collaborate closely with federal clients, advising them on the architectural design and implementation of Appian-based solutions. We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to help expand our federal business and work directly with customers to design integrated solutions and compelling offers.
In this role, you will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the Appian Customer Success team, acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. Your responsibilities will include defining advanced, integrated solutions that leverage Appian’s platform technology to meet our customers' unique mission needs. You will stay attuned to market trends, lead the innovation and development of solutions that address customer demands, and maintain Appian's position as a market leader. Additionally, you will provide consultation to our clients on their programs and projects, driving quality and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical, product, and business acumen to ensure the success of our customers and partners, along with experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and/or business systems.
This position is based at our headquarters in McLean, VA. At Appian, we believe that in-person collaboration is essential for achieving our mission. Employees in this position are expected to work in the office 4-5 days a week to cultivate a collaborative culture, allowing us to thrive on shared ideas and teamwork while maximizing the opportunity to connect with the exceptional individuals across Appian. To excel in this role, you will:
Guide customers on the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Appian solutions within their private cloud or on-premise hosting solutions, as well as integrating Appian’s government cloud offerings with their infrastructures.
