A minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, integration support, or a similar role. Possession of relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability and flexibility to meet deadlines and thrive within a growing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Application Support: Proactively monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of applications and microservices in AKS, ensuring high availability.
Integration Management: Oversee and manage integrations between various applications and systems utilizing Azure services.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to applications and integrations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Performance Optimization: Enhance application and integration performance, ensuring effective resource utilization and scalability.
Development and Enhancement: Utilize C# . NET and Python to develop and enhance existing applications and integrations, introducing new features as needed.
Automation: Create and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline support processes and minimize manual intervention.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for applications, integrations, and support procedures to promote knowledge sharing and continuity.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that all applications and integrations comply with security policies and standards, applying best practices for data protection and access control.
