Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge, create, develop, configure, and initiate hardware and software for PLC and SCADA systems.
- Design, engineer, and validate industrial automation systems, including communication networks for local and remote control, as well as HMI/visualization tools for effective monitoring and control.
- Configure and integrate SCADA systems within industrial plants or substations to facilitate monitoring and control operations.
- Assist in drafting project statements of work, encompassing technical and commercial terms, defining project scope, recognizing constraints, managing customer expectations, and identifying major risks.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals by comprehending and interpreting customer specifications and drawings.
- Engage in the technical execution of projects, ensuring adherence to all project technical requirements.
- Design and optimize solutions, develop software applications, hardware designs, and project documentation as per assigned tasks.
- Design and conduct quality tests, execute Factory Acceptance Tests, and perform site commissioning alongside customers.
- Develop and deliver training for both software and hardware solutions utilized in projects, in-person or via webinars.
- Be open to travel, including international assignments to job sites.
- Adhere to internal processes and methods throughout all activities.
