Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 application support.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical and functional incidents.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose sustainable corrective actions.
  • Maintain applications in optimal operational condition.
  • Manage tickets using ITSM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and high service quality.
  • Utilize APM tools to detect anomalies.
  • Contribute to application performance optimization.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Assist with production deployments, ensuring quality assurance.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams.
