Your Responsibilities:Conduct proactive service monitoring for our customers. Manage Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Change Management processes via a ticketing system. Troubleshoot, document, reproduce, and follow up on issues or requests from customers. Engage in customer communication to understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams for support. Analyze application logs proactively to identify issues. Keep support documentation (cookbook) current and comprehensive. Prepare monthly scheduled and ad-hoc reports. Provide technical customer support in a 24/7/365 team setting, working rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Your Profile:Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and AWS environments. Solid grasp of Network concepts and troubleshooting capabilities. Proficient in SQL queries, log analysis, and basic code analysis. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Highly organized and structured in maintaining technical documentation. Up-to-date technical knowledge, both formal and informal, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
