Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly proficient Application Tech Support Team Lead to manage application support operations and coordinate integrations with third-party systems and payment gateways. In this role, you will lead a team of application support engineers, guarantee application stability, and leverage your C#/. NET development skills to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain essential banking systems. This position is designed for a technically adept, proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the application technical support team to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, including integrations with payment gateways and third-party services.
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Assess system performance and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application support.
