Why This Role Matters:

We are a rapidly expanding startup focused on creating production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients. We are seeking Applied AI Engineers who will take charge of designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will guide the transition from initial prototypes to fully operational AI agents that deliver tangible business benefits within enterprise workflows.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers to tackle real-world business challenges, often creating pioneering agent workflows that seamlessly integrate LLMs with various tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is fast-paced like a startup, we maintain high enterprise standards: our agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.

You will work collaboratively with customers, product teams, and platform engineers, significantly influencing how we build, evaluate, and deploy agentic systems at scale.

Your Responsibilities:

Customer-Focused Technical Impact

  • Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to convert complex, high-stakes business issues into well-defined agentic challenges with clear success metrics and evaluation methods.

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the entire development and evaluation lifecycle, including iterative enhancements post-deployment for agentic workflows.

Design, Build, and Launch Agents

  • Lead the design, construction, and delivery of LLM-based agents that reason, plan, and execute across diverse tools and data sources, ensuring enterprise-level reliability and performance.

  • Drive innovation in agentic systems by implementing best practices in deployment and evaluation.
