Role Overview
We are seeking an insightful legal researcher with a comprehensive understanding of how law firms, financial institutions, corporations, and various organizations deliver professional services and manage complex legal and knowledge work. We have exceptional product-market fit and demand spanning diverse customer profiles. Meeting this demand requires a deep comprehension of our customers' workflows and the ways in which AI can enhance those workflows.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Contribute subject-matter expertise to support AI research initiatives.
Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to conceptualize and develop AI systems.
Enhance AI systems through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and other innovative techniques.
Create proprietary benchmarks and datasets to assess models and model systems.
Engage directly with clients to grasp their workflows, identify challenges, and translate intricate business and legal requirements into technical solutions.
Your Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in legal research or related fields.
Proficiency in understanding legal workflows and professional services delivery.
Experience in AI systems development and implementation is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
