Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesExplore and assess the latest innovations in generative AI, machine learning, and applied research to create customer value. Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems including RAG pipelines, copilots, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models. Translate research concepts, papers, and experiments into robust prototypes and production-ready components. Develop reproducible experimentation pipelines for model evaluation, prompt optimization, dataset curation, and system comparison. Collaborate with AI engineers, full-stack developers, and project managers to define technical strategies and integrate research results into client solutions. Enhance model quality, reliability, latency, and cost-effectiveness through systematic experimentation and evaluation. Maintain and develop containerized AI back-ends and research tools utilizing technologies such as Python, Docker, and FastAPI. Create thorough documentation and technical communications regarding experiments, findings, trade-offs, and implementation decisions. Contribute to internal best practices in evaluation-driven development, experimentation, and applied AI research. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team through technical mentorship, internal demonstrations, and research reviews. RequirementsMaster's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related quantitative field. Demonstrated hands-on experience in applied AI, machine learning, NLP, or generative AI, with a focus on both experimentation and implementation. Proficient in Python and familiar with modern ML and LLM frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar tools. Strong understanding of transformer models, embeddings, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies. Experience in designing experiments and interpreting results in a rigorous manner.
