Join Our Team as a Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative!
Work Schedule: Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift) (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST)
Compensation: $700 USD/month plus commission
Potential Earnings: Earn up to $3,000/month! Just 20 to 60 verified appointments can yield between $1,700 and $3,000, based on your performance!
Lago is dedicated to developing a high-performing outbound sales engine, and we are seeking motivated, intelligent, and ambitious Cold Callers (Sales Development Representatives) to help achieve this vision.
This role goes beyond typical cold calling. You will engage in purposeful prospecting, initiating meaningful conversations, identifying digital marketing needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Account Executives to convert.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
- Adhere to a structured outreach process (Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions).
- Pre-qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
- Schedule verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and conversations in CRM tools.
- Consistently meet (and aim to exceed) performance targets.
- Provide feedback on prospect responses to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.
- Perform high-volume cold outreach (100-200+ calls per day).
- Follow up with prospects and provide updates to your Account Executive prior to appointments.
- Be prepared to reschedule appointments as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in cold calling/SDR roles.
- Exceptional spoken and written English; able to engage confidently with U. S. business owners and executives.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Coachable and disciplined; capable of following playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines.
- Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of performance and accountability.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Prior experience setting qualified appointments that led to closed deals is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or selling performance digital marketing services.
- Background in Google services or familiarity with SEO, PPC, Meta ads, website design, etc.
