Role Overview: Apprentice Accounting and Management Control Assistant (H/F)

Location: Rueil Malmaison

This apprenticeship position reports to the Head of Accounting and Taxes. The apprentice will support the Accounting and Management Control team across a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

Help improve digital processing workflows
Identify and report anomalies
Assist with expense report management
Collaborate on reviewing supplier invoices and ensuring compliance
Track spending commitments and follow up as needed
Support creation and updates of supplier records
Update cash flow tracking tools and charts as requested

Management Control

Monitor and validate budget commitments and supplier invoices
Ensure validation workflows function properly and databases remain reliable
Act as main contact for users of the Concur tool
Contribute to preparing and improving budget reports (fixed costs, travel expenses, weekly sales reports)
