About the Role

As Base Power continues to expand its innovative energy solutions, we are on the lookout for a motivated Apprentice Electrician who is keen to learn and develop their skills in the electrical field. This position requires daily on-site work, assisting with tasks such as pulling wire, opening panels, installing equipment, and supporting essential electrical operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our battery fleet while working under the supervision of licensed electricians. Your primary contribution will be your readiness to work, learn, and execute tasks correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will include:

Field Support: Provide assistance to licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical duties.
Installation Assistance: Aid in pulling wire, mounting equipment, establishing battery systems, and preparing job sites for operations.
Quality Assurance: Follow guidelines to ensure that installations meet inspection criteria and adhere to internal quality standards.
