Contract Type: 1-year Apprenticeship
We are offering an apprenticeship to assist us in our continuous improvement initiatives and the integration of Lean tools within the planning functions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Transfer and maintain expertise within the company's planning teams.
• Assess the performance of various stakeholders and support teams in implementing new work methods and transformations.
• Establish processes for improvement and innovation.
• Create work materials and documentation to ensure skill retention within the department, particularly for new hires.
Candidate Profile and Skills:
• Student who has completed a Master 1 level in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or equivalent.
• Technical training in Continuous Improvement Engineering.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of industry roles and challenges to effectively identify problems and propose suitable solutions.
• This position requires autonomy, empathy to understand the constraints of various studied roles, and a proactive approach to proposing solutions.
• Proficiency in English at B1 level.
• Valid driving license (B).
• Valid passport and ETA (required for travel to the United Kingdom).
