Role Overview:
Moonshot is seeking a proficient Arabic-speaking OSINT Analyst to join our ongoing initiatives. This role will involve the collection and analysis of open-source online data, focusing on a specific organized crime project. You will play a key role in advancing our research methodologies and enhancing the strategic insights we provide to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, collect, and analyze data from diverse sources, including social media, utilizing our proprietary tools.
- Design both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to manage and analyze extensive datasets.
- Produce high-quality analytical reports that present findings clearly and effectively.
- Translate Arabic text into English and conduct research in Arabic across various text and audio/video formats.
- Adhere to demanding reporting schedules to meet client needs.
- Present findings to clients in a tailored manner that supports their strategic understanding.
- Proactively address potential challenges to data collection and investigations, proposing actionable solutions and improving processes.
- Maintain and review large databases, monitoring social media and messaging platforms for project relevance.
- Research and draft comprehensive analyses of identified trends and themes.
- Share expertise on online harms across the organization.
- Foster relationships with clients and assist in business development by identifying opportunities for new projects.
