Detail-oriented with exceptional coordination skills. Results-oriented mindset capable of efficiently advancing applications.

Proactively monitor application progress and follow up at all stages of approval.
Ensure adherence to local planning regulations and building codes.
Identify and resolve potential issues in a timely manner.
Maintain robust communication with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams.
