Your Opportunity:

As the Area Account Manager for the Philippines, you will lead the regional team. Your primary objectives will be to (i) oversee the team of account managers while identifying market gaps to ensure top-tier supply quality, and (ii) expand Agoda's footprint in your region.

Success in this role will require you to set up and execute a regional strategy plan, possess strong commercial acumen, motivate and coach your team, and develop profitable long-term partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
