About the job
Your Role
As an Area Developer at Dura Vermeer, you will successfully steer complex, often urban projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with various stakeholders including development partners, municipalities, designers, advisors, and clients.
Managing concepts, impact, finances, planning, and risks.
Structuring collaborations effectively.
Ensuring the right conditions are met, such as commitment from parties and appropriate contractual agreements.
Accelerating processes through effective communication and decision-making.
Facilitating a smooth handover of projects to project developers.
Dura Vermeer's Focus on Real Estate
Dura Vermeer has ambitious goals as a developer. Our portfolio features challenging (area) developments with distinctive concepts, primarily located in urban settings. Our area of operation spans Zuid-Holland, where we embrace urban challenges and aim to add maximum value to our plans. This results in projects where you can truly impact urban planning, architecture, sustainability, and social cohesion.
As an organization, we are growing towards a branch that annually acquires and sells 800 homes with risk-bearing capacity. This means we take on significant responsibilities in the development process.
