Join the Affidea Group, Europe's premier provider of primary healthcare services, as we expand our footprint in Northern Greece. We are in search of a seasoned Area Manager to spearhead our initiatives and oversee the operational excellence of our medical centers.

Are you prepared to make a significant impact in healthcare management? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing our operations and fostering collaboration across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Act as the main point of contact between Affidea HQ, our medical centers, and operational teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.

  • KPI Reporting and Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports in collaboration with the Chief Operations Director (COD). Initiate improvement strategies grounded in data analysis.

  • Project Management: Engage actively in projects at the group level, providing leadership and oversight as necessary.

  • People Management: Guide and mentor medical center teams, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.

  • On-Site Management: Regularly visit medical centers to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring optimal performance and reporting outcomes to senior management.

  • Financial Oversight: Gather and analyze monthly financial data from medical centers to aid in sound financial decision-making.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor employee productivity metrics within medical centers based on established KPIs, nurturing a culture of accountability and efficiency.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead periodic meetings with medical center staff, documenting action items and ensuring accountability for follow-up.
