What are we looking for?Proven experience in leading teams, ideally within a customer-facing environment. Willingness to relocate and/or travel across a portfolio of stores in Western Australia. About the job

As an ALDI Area Manager, you will be a pivotal leader overseeing multiple store locations, actively shaping the future of retail while inspiring excellence in every aspect of your role. Your leadership will significantly impact both employees and customers, setting new benchmarks for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, managing a portfolio of stores within the Jandakot region.

We are seeking dynamic leaders who can leverage their interpersonal skills, commercial insight, and management experience from various industries to elevate ALDI. If you lack retail experience, that’s perfectly fine; we are committed to sharing our extensive knowledge and expertise. We will provide you with a thorough training program and mentorship from your first day. Through our hands-on training approach, you'll cultivate skills that will not only advance your career but also enhance your personal growth.

What does the role entail?

  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of 5-7 Store Managers to ensure seamless operations across all stores, contributing to Australia's highest customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with your Store Managers to recruit, train, and nurture the next generation of leaders within our stores.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of your stores.
  • Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple stores, ensuring that targets are achieved and strategies are executed effectively.
  • Prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of your team members at all times.
